Did my first toss ever yesterday.
And i was dump enough to drop my cam after throw it into the air.
But - lucky - it's still working.

I chose a exposure time of 1/4, at f/4.0 and a iso-speed of 1600. Did that toss at a Party called "Forms and Shapes". The area was full of candles and black light that created this colors. Like the outcome very much.

I put my Camera on a carrier from a bycicle that stand near by to took this long exposure of 30sec. It was very cold yesterday and i guess 'cause of that my cam show me a "Err 99" after taking this shot.

I spied these little oak (2-3 year old) sapling leaves with these unusual colors amplified by the setting on the camera. This shot is available light (indirect sunlight).

Yes that's right another assemblage, again while raking today, can't help but be inspired by the color falling from the trees. (view Large or Original size if you can) This one culled from the lawn as these leaves were picked for this shot.

For me at least. Raking is not just raking anymore , it's scouting for colorful leaves. Here the base color is green, they are catalpa leaves with various maple leaves from our yard here in Portland, Maine. These are assembled on the tailgate of our truck as I rake all the leaves that don't catch my eye. today it is my "most interesting" on my flickr site.

Others as in other colors, I still scrath my head how do these colors occur? This array especially! This image is straight out of the camera no processing or adjustment what so ever. The image may not be the most dynamic but the colors are it's like a painting to me.

The only leaf like this all day! With the red edges into orange & yellow , perched (as in set to photograph) on the back of a large caltapa leaf which today the withering is set in, means 30 (F) degree temps at night. Raking leaves does have it bonuses, Here is the evidence!
